Reserving Facility Locations
PLAYERS
BatterUp uses an online scheduling system for all batting cage and pitching tunnel reservations, scheduling private training and signing up for camps and clinics. Your online account is also where you will pay for cage facility reservations and scheduled training.

New Customers: To create an account for an individual/family user in esoft planner, our online scheduling software, click the red online account button at the top of the page to open the login page, then click the Register for a New Account link directly below the login fields to create a new account.
Existing Customers: Please do not create a new account if you already have one. If you know the email address associated with your account you can click the red online account button at the top of the page and click the link for forgot my password, or complete the form below to request assistance accessing your account.
*Individual/Family User accounts should not be used to reserve facility locations for use by a team or to provide private training, please follow the steps outlined below to register for a Coaches Account or an Independent Trainer Account.
COACHES
Coaches wishing to reserve facility locations to use for team or group practices can reserve time online at a discounted rate through a BatterUp Coaches Account. A Certificate of Insurance listing BatterUp is required when requesting a Coaches Account (unless your League already has one on file.) Please click the link below to request a BatterUp Coaches Account.

Coaches with a large number of BatterUp Members on their team may request a BatterUp! Member Team Coaches Account by completing the Coaches Account Request link and including an official roster for your team. If enough players on your team are active BatterUp! Members you will receive a Member Team Coaches Account that will allow you to reserve space online for team practices at no charge up to one week in advance.
*Reservations for team practices made under an individual account or using Member Credits are subject to cancellation by the facility.
INDEPENDENT TRAINERS
Independent Trainers wishing to reserve facility locations to provide private or group instruction can reserve time online at a discounted rate through a BatterUp Trainers Account. Please click the link below to request a BatterUp Trainers Account.
*Reservations for private or group training provided by a paid independent trainer made under an individual account or using Member Credits are subject to cancellation by the facility.
