FACILITY RULES
Welcome to BatterUp!. The following rules are intended to provide a safe, team oriented, environment for you and those around you. Please ensure compliance so that everyone’s experience is a safe and enjoyable one. Failure to do so will lead to your dismissal from the facility. Thank you in advance!
Batting Cage Rules

ALL visitors must complete a one-time registration and waiver prior to using cages.

First time batting cage users must undergo a brief equipment orientation with one of our team members.

We are a team oriented facility so NO poor sportsmanship or in appropriate language permitted at all.

Any visitors under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Adults are responsible for the actions of their batters in the batting cages and facility.

NO opened toe shoes or cleats/spikes permitted. Sneakers or turf shoes only.

Only one person is permitted in the cages at a time.

Spectators and those not batting or operating pitching machines must stand outside of the netted area.

When pitching or operating the pitching machine you must stand behind the safety net.

Cage door(s) must be closed at all times while a batter is hitting.

Batters must wear batting helmets at all times while in the batting cage.

The only people swinging a bat are those inside the cage. No swinging bats outside of the cage.

Please do not stand in front of the pitching machine or on home plate.

Please keep hands away from, and do not climb on, safety fencing and netting around the cages.

No food or beverages are permitted in the hitting area or cages.
-
No gum, sunflower seeds or chewing tobacco inside the facility.
-
No one under the influence of drugs or alcohol is permitted inside the BatterUp! Facility.
